A commercial fit out project is a major investment and every customer has different requirements, to that effect we offer a personalised, end-to-end approach that encompasses the concept design, 2D/3D visuals, CAD drawings and build process through to handover.

Your Tutela Group Project Manager will oversee the entire build process on-site and will liaise with contractors to keep the work flowing smoothly and ensure everyone sticks to the schedule. They will be your primary point of contact throughout your commercial fit out project.

Should the time come when you need to vacate your current premises, we offer a full dilapidation works service to return the premises to its original state to meet the clauses of your lease agreement.
